Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Windows environments)
• Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, and Group Policies
• Support Windows Server environments, including monitoring and patching
• Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and migrations
• Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and asset information
• Manage and troubleshoot industrial printer fleet (label printers, forklift-mounted printers, MFPs)
• Support RF handheld scanners and mobile devices used in warehouse operations
• Maintain Wi. Fi coverage and performance across warehouse and production areas
• Register and track all IT assets in CMDB for lifecycle and compliance management
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account provisioning
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate infrastructure issues to global IT teams as needed Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of computers and end-user devices
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi. Fi)
• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., Service. Now)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with industrial printers (Zebra, Lexmark) and RF devices in warehouse settings (preferred)
• Experience with Cisco managed switches and enterprise Wi. Fi solutions (preferred) Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support roles
• Experience in warehouses, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus
• CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, etc. The compensation range for this opportunity is $60,000 to $70,000 gross annual.
