Manage projects related to data platforms, data analytics, and system development.
Lead requirements, design, implementation, and maintenance of Teradata-based analytics platforms and DWH systems, as well as AI/DS and data utilization projects.
Hybrid work arrangement: on-site in Tokyo and remote work.
Work with a wide range of major enterprise clients.
Projects typically involve small teams of 2 to 10 people, comprising both employees and subcontractors, led by a project manager from Teradata.
Native-level Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1 level or above, with strong communication, negotiation, and business writing skills in Japanese.
Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in system development or infrastructure implementation projects.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases, SQL, shell scripting, and Linux.
Experience in software design, development, and testing.
Experience in the design and implementation of data analytics platforms and data warehouse (DWH) environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience using various tools, including ETL tools, BI tools, analytics tools, and job management tools. The following experience and skills are not required but would be considered a plus:
Experience working on projects involving AI technologies.
Business domain knowledge and system implementation experience in the financial services or manufacturing industries.
Experience in data analytics.
