Position Overview

Marketing Coordinators help us tell a story by bringing together the people, information, and resources that support successful marketing initiatives. Through collaboration with Business Development, technical professionals, this role ensures marketing projects are delivered with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

By supporting pursuit efforts, digital communications, and brand initiatives, the Marketing Coordinator helps position the firm for continued growth while building the foundation for future marketing leadership.

Essential Functions

Coordinates marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, support business development, and deliver high-quality communications and pursuit materials. Supports internal and external client relationships by providing responsive, organized, and professional marketing support that contributes to successful pursuits and communications.

Partners effectively with Marketing, Business Development, technical teams, and firm leadership to coordinate projects and achieve shared goals. Develops an understanding of markets, services, clients, and strategic priorities while recognizing how marketing contributes to firm growth and competitive positioning. Coordinates marketing projects accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Produces high-quality marketing materials that reflect brand standards. Builds collaborative relationships that support pursuit success and organizational goals. Manages multiple priorities while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and increasing independence in marketing responsibilities.

Experience

• Advanced knowledge and technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In. Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with CRM, Social Media, and Proposal Management platforms
• Comfortability with website content management, brand standards, marketing communications, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience with event coordination, marketing databases, and graphic communication principles
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and confidence.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree of Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred Ready to Make an Impact?
