The dietary supervisor assists the Chef in performing supervisory functions to aid in an efficient and effective dietary department. The dietary supervisor aids in planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and conducting activities of the dietary department to provide nutritious and palatable foods to the residents.

Must strive to meet professional standards of food preparation and safety.
