Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within the Pondok Indah branch. Provide comprehensive financial advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs and risk profiles. Achieve sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and the cross-selling of banking products.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals. Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards of the bank. Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Prior experience in relationship management, financial advisory, or sales within consumer banking. Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment instruments, and financial markets. Possession of relevant financial certifications and licenses (such as investment or insurance sales licenses).

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
