Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the office.
• Maintain accuracy with records and documentation.

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts. The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Six months of medical office experience required. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation
