Plant Manager

Plant Manager, Denver, CO   Arclin USA is looking for a Plant Manager for our Denver, CO plant. Reporting into the Director of Manufacturing, this position is accountable and responsible for executing the required Standard Operating Procedures at each plant site to ensure “safe operations environment while delivering; the lowest manufacturing cost possible; meeting the product specification with lowest possible product variability; producing the order on time and complete quantities (i.e. “Customer Delight).  Included is the responsibility for establishing the budget and goals for the business and for managing performance against the budget and goals.
