We are growing and expanding our team, offering an opportunity for an experienced Landscaping Account Manager to become a vital part of Goodin Lawncare! Our We offer a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + bonus, healthcare stipend with supplemental insurance, simple IRA retirement plan, company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, vacation & paid holidays (including paid time off between Christmas & New Years), ongoing training and education and a positive, dynamic & collaborative culture.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance position, including basic knowledge of plants and plant health; 5+ years experience in strong customer service position; 2+ years of sales experience; Proficient knowledge of landscape maintenance process, principals, materials, and tools; Valid drivers license and clear MVR.

Responsibilities

Conducting regular site visits to client properties; Coordinating with clients regarding renewals and administering the renewal process; Communicating schedule changes on maintenance contracts; Responding to lawn care client questions and concerns; Traveling to client sites to view property, complete quality assurance and maintain strong relationships; Ensuring high retention rates for maintenance clients.

Reviewing account results on a quarterly basis to assess results and profitability to support decisions at time of renewal; Identifying opportunities for enhancement projects during onsite client visits; Preparing estimates and proposals for enhancement sales; Completing all procurement needs for enhancement projects; Inspecting client sites on a weekly basis to ensure quality of work and proactively identify potential issues; Other duties as assigned.
