This position supports our CDL Delivery Drivers by assisting with the physical movement and delivery of beer and/or liquor to customer accounts.

Driver helpers are required to consistently handle products weighing between 30-160 lbs throughout the day, including navigating stairs, ramps, curbs, and other obstacles. Key Job Responsibilities

Support delivery drivers in transporting and delivering pre-ordered products to various customer locations across 17 counties in Wisconsin. Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, with some items weighing up to 160 lbs., at customer sites. Stock, rotate, and merchandise products, as well as create displays at customer locations.

Foster positive relationships with both customers and team members. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced drivers and supervisors. Coachable, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team toward a common goal. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a focus on safety and accuracy. Able to work in cooler environments for extended periods of time.

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to arrive on time and be ready for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Must obtain a valid drivers license. Must have a safe driving record that meets the company safety requirements. Ability to drive full-size cargo vans and various-sized SUV’s is beneficial. Ability to operate various pallet jacks preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including up and down stairs, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.

Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving. Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.
