Job Title: Business Analyst (ERP Implementation – Contract) Company: Migobucks Technologies Private Limited Location: Kochi (Hybrid / Onsite) Job Type: Contract – 3 Months (Project-Based) Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Migobucks Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business process analysis and ERP system implementation for a 3-month project.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure successful ERP configuration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders Assess existing workflows and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), and process flow diagrams Support ERP system configuration and implementation in coordination with technical teams Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test cases and validation Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience in ERP or SaaS platform implementations preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering expertise Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage timelines and work in a dynamic project environment
