PCHC’s Jackman Community Health Center is in need of a full-time Physician with OMT experience strongly preferred or an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to work in their highly unique primary care and urgent care facility.

This is the perfect opportunity for a provider who enjoys working independently but highly collaboratively and wants to help lead and innovate an evolving and growing rural outpatient primary care program in small-town Maine.
