Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and is a growing team of six focused on building a strong, professional, and growth-oriented environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in corporate marketing and business development, which shaped my approach to leadership, strategy, and helping others succeed.

I’m also an avid supporter of youth sports and enjoy staying connected to the community through local activities and events. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
