  1. 负责模块实现工作，包括综合和STA分析

  2. 配合designer、完成sdc/timing分析与收敛

  3. 开发和维护最新工艺节点的实现流程

  4. 计算机、电子、半导体相关专业研究生

  5. 了解Synopsys SDC/Synthesis/Formal/STA工具和流程

  6. 对Design Compiler 和PrimeTime STA 分析有了解者优先

  7. 熟练掌握tcl/perl/shell/Makefile其中之一

  8. 良好的沟通能力，快速学习实践以及团队合作能力
