GTX Solutions leads data activation and delivery for enterprise CRM programs on the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Data 360, spanning email, SMS and direct mail. Our teams take over, stabilize and modernize live, high-volume programs, improving journeys, decisioning and measurement over time. The Customer Data Architect leads the data foundation behind the program: data strategy, architecture, identity and audiences.

This role defines how customer, household and vehicle data flows into Salesforce Data 360, how customers are recognized and resolved, and which audiences are eligible for each program, so every journey runs on trusted, governed data.
