PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Asbury Riverwoods | Lewisburg, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our therapy team at Asbury Riverwoods, a senior living community offering Personal Care and Independent Living. This could be a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants the flexibility of PRN work while still being part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

You’ll have the opportunity to help residents stay active, safe, confident, and as independent as possible while building genuine relationships with the people you serve. At Benchmark, we believe clinicians do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and supported. We want our therapy teams to have the support they need while giving clinicians the opportunity to focus on thoughtful, individualized care.

What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence Support residents in staying active and involved in the things that matter to them Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and other members of the care team Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Physical Therapist Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and teamwork skills A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care PRN at Benchmark Flexible scheduling No regular monthly coverage requirement Work at least once every six months to remain active Free continuing education through CEU360 Support from approachable clinical leadership A collaborative therapy team where your contribution is valued If you’re looking to add some flexible hours to your current schedule or simply stay connected to patient care, we’d be happy to tell you more about the opportunity and the team at Asbury Riverwoods.
