Our Line Cooks are responsible for the daily production of food for the Clubs casual dining and fine dining restaurants.

What You'll Do

Set up, maintain, and break down work stations; Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified; Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment; Attend daily pre-shift meetings; Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC.

Qualifications

Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen a plus but not required. Professional knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs. comfortably. Ability to bend and twist with no limitations. Ability to work on feet for long periods of time.
