Job Summary

The Cyber. Ark Support and Audit RFI Specialist will oversee the entire lifecycle of audit RFIs, with a strong emphasis on Cyber. Ark integration. Responsible for coordinating with various teams to collect necessary information, preparing detailed and accurate responses, and ensuring timely submissions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive hands-on experience with Cyber.

Responsibilities

RFI Management Review and assess incoming audit RFIs. Coordinate with IT and security teams to gather and compile information related to Cyber. Ark and other systems. Ensure all responses are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines. Cyber. Ark Integration Utilize Cyber. Ark to manage privileged accounts and access controls relevant to audit RFIs.

Ensure that Cyber. Ark configurations and practices are aligned with audit requirements. Provide insights into how Cyber. Ark is used for compliance and security purposes in response to audit inquiries. Documentation and Reporting Maintain organized records of all RFIs, responses, and related documentation. Prepare detailed reports and summaries of RFI processes and outcomes for internal review, including Cyber.

Ark-related information. Communication Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and internal teams regarding RFIs. Provide clear and concise explanations of Cyber. Ark-related information as needed. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure that all responses adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies, with a focus on Cyber.

Ark integration. Review and verify the accuracy of data related to Cyber. Ark before submission. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for improvement in the RFI handling process and suggest enhancements, particularly in relation to Cyber. Ark. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to audits and Cyber.

Ark. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Cyber. Ark for managing privileged access and security controls. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
