Employment Specialist The Threshold, Inc. | West Bend, WI Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, with some flexibility Make a Difference. Help People Find Meaningful Employment! Are you passionate about helping others succeed? The Threshold, Inc. is looking for an Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities explore career opportunities, develop job skills, and find meaningful employment in the community.

In this role, you'll build relationships with local employers, provide career guidance, and support individuals as they work toward greater independence and career success.

What You'll Do

Help individuals explore careers, prepare resumes, practice interviewing, and find employment. Build relationships with local businesses to develop job opportunities. Provide hands-on job coaching and workplace support. Support individuals in achieving their employment goals. Collaborate with employers, families, and community partners.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

What We're Looking For

Associate degree and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in human resources, staffing, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus! Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. A passion for helping individuals with disabilities succeed.

Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to an insured vehicle. Ability to travel to local job sites as needed.
