Coordinator, Field Service Admin

Are you a service-minded person with a strong customer focus and analytical skills? Maybe you are the colleague we are looking for! As one of our current colleagues will join an intern project for 6 months, we’re searching for a temporary replacement.

A day in the life

You will work as a Service Coordinator for the Nordic district with for example: Support the Service Manager with various tasks, back-up function, etc. Work with our Software systems Salesforce/ServiceMax and LN like placing service/work orders, update dispatch board, invoicing, cost calculations etc. Supporting the service team and customers with reports etc.

Be in contact with customers for scheduling service, maintenance and inspections. Be in contact and collaborate with the different divisions in JBTMarel. Our focus is finding the right person who can continue to grow together with us and develop the company. As a person, you are a doer that have a customer focus, pays attention to details and who enjoys working towards specific goals.

We see that you are a flexible team player with a great service mind. You will work together with colleagues across Europe. You have an analytical mind-set and are good at prioritizing. To qualify for the position , would like you to have experience from a similar role or tasks. You need to be a fast learner when it comes to systems and have previous experience working with Microsoft Office and a CRM system.

As we are an international company it is important you are fluent in both English and Swedish. If you have additional language skills, we will see it as an advantage.
