About the Role

Longfield Medical Centre, based in the historic riverside town of Maldon, is looking for an exceptional advanced nurse practitioner to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, on either a full or part-time basis. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding patient-centred care while embracing modern approaches to healthcare delivery.

As an advanced nurse practitioner, you will be a highly autonomous clinician, providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a range of conditions. You will work closely with our GPs, nurses and allied health professionals, to deliver safe, high-quality care from acute presentations to long-term condition management.

What were looking for: Essential NMC registered Masters degree and non-medical prescribing or portfolio equivalent Desirable Primary care experience Long term condition trained - asthma, diabetes, etc Infection control Proven experience in primary care or urgent care settings A commitment to evidence-based practice, innovation, and teamwork Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset About Us Our well-established, semi-rural training practice serves approximately 17,000 patients.
