Warehouse Associate Swing Shift

• Salem, OR, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00Hourly, Job Shift: Swing, Taylor Metal Products is a leading manufacturer of high-end steel roofing and siding products. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for Swing Shift to join our team who will be responsible for assisting team members in all aspects of the manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse logistics for the production of quality components that meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations.

Essential Functions

Operate hand-tools. Visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects. Take and follow verbal directions. Stand for long period of time. Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Drive forklift. Read tape measure. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedure. All Warehouse Associate employees may be required to assist in other departments on an occasional basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent preferred Basic math skills Written communication skills 3-6 mos. manufacturing or warehouse exp. preferred Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house)
