Office Manager

Harr Motor Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, supporting both administrative functions and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all aspects of the business office including staff and daily work flow
• Experience in managing a staff of 5 or more with the ability to cross-train
• Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Accounting schedule review
• Assisting with month end close
• Maintain controls to ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

• 3 years of previous Automotive Office Manager (or accounting) experience required
• EVR(Electronic Vehicle Registration) certified
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not required
