Assistant Residential Administrator

Assistant Residential Administrator Under limited supervision, assists the Residential Administrator in the management and operation of assigned residential programs. Work involves supporting the daily operational, administrative, and supervisory functions of the residential programs to ensure quality services, regulatory compliance, employee development, and effective program performance.

The Assistant Residential Administrator serves as a member of the residential leadership team and provides leadership coverage in the absence of the Residential Administrator. Position reports to the Residential Administrator.
