Requirements Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors
