Bedford Post Acute is a 72-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 136 Donahue Manor Rd. in Bedford. We have deep roots in our community and great ratings to show for it. What We Offer

• Up to $22/hr (includes weekend shift differential)

Your Day-to-Day You'll help care for our residents by assisting with their activities of daily living. You'll work under the supervision of our nursing staff to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. You'll do it alongside a team that treats each other like family.

What You'll Need

• At least 18 years of age

• Active CNA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania

• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred

• Compassion for a vulnerable population
