Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Maintain clean and organized work area, including bar and equipment.
• Know and promote drink and cocktail specialties on the menu.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen crew and other bartenders to ensure smooth service.
• Comply with health and safety regulations in the handling of food and beverages.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
