Finance Analyst

We are Wix's Finance Group. We oversee all financial transactions at Wix, which includes overseeing the company's financial management, external partnerships, and more. We're a large global group in various roles including FP&A, Procurement, and Business Development. As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for building financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial insights that drive business success. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Calculate, analyze and report revenue from partners and resellers, including revenue share and transaction fees.
• Reconcile partner revenue between internal billing data and partner reports or statements.
• Work with Business Development and Partnerships teams to turn partner agreements into accurate financial data and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and forecasting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation
• Leverage AI tools for enhanced analysis and reporting
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives
• Audit support - prepare data and evidence for internal and external auditors and answer their requests. *** At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. • 1-3 years of experience as a financial analyst or data analyst
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or industrial engineering and management
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Tableau and Python
• Ability to learn independently and excel under time pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
