Production Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire 2nd shift opportunity with outstanding benefits. Primary Responsibilities include:

• Direct all plant activities on 2nd shift
• Employee training and performance reviews
• Assess labor requirement vs headcount
• Monitor quality of product
• Conducting shift meetings
• Lead and facilitate corrective action and continuous improvement teams Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum (4) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be available to work any shift
• Experience with welding, robotics, and assembly methods
• Lean manufacturing experience required
