Solid Header Operator Trainee 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:00pm

JOB SUMMARY

To assist header operator with daily production workload and insure running machine are producing quality precision aircraft quality fastener. Keep work area in clean and orderly fashion. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies: Learn parts number and how to read blueprint Learn how to use all measuring instruments required to check parts.

(comparator, micrometers, caliper, protrusion gage and various other inspect gage.) Performs scanning work order transacts for PowerBi. Maintain more than 95% Utilization. Learn to start and stop header and prepared material wires. Learn Statistical Process Control (SPC) and charts. Performs record keeping, data entry, housekeeping 5 S, and follows safety procedures.
