  1. Develop and maintain integrated QHSE, Sustainability, and ESG systems.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
  3. Lead incident investigation and corrective actions.
  4. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  5. Promote safety culture and environmental awareness.
  6. Manage stakeholders (regulators, clients, port authorities).
  7. Monitor and report QHSE and ESG KPIs.
  8. Drive sustainability and environmental impact reduction initiatives.
  9. Oversee ESG policies, governance, and social programs.
  10. Prepare internal and external reports. General Responsibilities
  11. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
  12. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
  13. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
  14. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, or related field.
  2. Min. 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in QHSE or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices, and risk management principles, especially within the context of shipping or shipping agency.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptability in building relationships with people from various backgrounds/groups. Join us and help create the future of logistics!
