Enterprise Rent-A-Car , a member of Sfakianakis Group of Companies and a leader in the Greek automotive market, is looking to expand its team in Chios with the following position: Station Manager Responsibilities: Supervises daily operations of the car rental station, ensuring that provided services meet customer expectations Coordinates the station team to ensure optimal fleet performance and maximum customer satisfaction Ensures the implementation of the station’s operational policies and compliance with safety standards Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer complaints and addressing their needs Ensures all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, including scheduling regular inspections and repairs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred 3+ years of similar experience, preferably in the transportation industry Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) Strong communication skills, responsibility and team spirit Holder of a valid driving license Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Health and life Insurance plan Dynamic and modern working environment Continuous training and development Opportunities for professional advancement
