Service Sales Clerk

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotation documents, as required Obtain necessary documents from maintenance/facility managers Provide clear communication between Won-Door and maintenance/facility managers Process work orders to have technicians complete inspections/service calls Update system information to ensure quick turnaround for customers Coordinate between departments, as needed Other duties, as assigned Skills & Abilities Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Great communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft applications Strong ability to multi-task Problem solving and conflict resolution skills 1-2 years customer service experience preferred Education High School Diploma (or equivalent) Required Work Environment Performs work in Office Environment Travel Required: Domestic Travel Required: No International Travel Required: No Equal Employment Opportunity & Diversity Statement At Won-Door, we are committed to fostering an environment where individual differences are respected and valued.
