Supply Chain Warehouse Lead - Materials Distribution

Seeking a full-time Supply Chain Warehouse Lead to work in our materials distribution center. This dayshift position will work 80 hours bi-weekly and includes every other weekend.

Job Summary

Essential Functions

• S/he is responsible for distributing supplies, including linens.
• S/he is responsible for filling in for Dist/Rec techs as needed in Receiving of supplies and placing orders for supplies at the discretion of Warehouse Supervisor.
• Responsible for daily/weekly cycle counting of inventory.
• Follows up on deliver request with courier service to ensure deliveries are made in timely manner.
• The WH Supply Chain Lead is trained and demonstrates competence in the operation of equipment including, but not limited to, forklift and pallet jack.
• S/he also drives organization vehicles as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills required. Must have ability to produce accurate work while frequently interrupted. Demonstrated organization skills. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required:
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license (must be able to provide proof of insurance).
• A minimum of three years previous experience as a Distribution Tech required. Previous experience with computer software such as Meditech, Outlook, Active Staffer/Report Express and Net Learning. Physical Demands: Sedentary

• Lifting up to 15 pounds on an infrequent basis (less than one lift every three minutes). While work is mostly done sitting, a certain amount of walking or standing is often necessary. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable. Hourly range: $17.51 - $22.66
