Essential Functions

• Project Start-up & Scheduling
• Manage & Execute RFIs & Submittals
• Analyze and monitor job costs and maintain accurate reports
• Construction Schedules
• Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
• Provide administrative support for the Project Superintendent
• Track, review, and process Change Management items
• Preparation and execution of the project closeout process
• Management
• Implement all applicable safety programs
• Promote Customer Relations Experience
• 2+ years of experience working for a general contractor as a Project Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Commercial/ Institutional construction background
• General knowledge of construction principles/processes required
• Proven commitment to Safety
• Building relationships with the Owner, Architects and Subcontractors is key.
• Experience managing Field Staff
