Outpatient Therapist Opportunities at our Lebanon Counseling Center & Hamilton Counseling Center! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team and help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting change. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide services to all age groups including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic services in an office-based setting while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving lives.
Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Deliver individual and group counseling services utilizing evidence-based and client-centered approaches Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes Collaborate with families, community partners, and treatment providers to ensure continuity of care Maintain proficiency in the electronic health record (EHR) system Participate actively as a positive and engaged member of the outpatient team Advocate for quality improvement and enhanced clinical outcomes Meet productivity standards and comply with agency policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field Ohio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT Two or more years of experience in behavioral health or outpatient mental health services Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Benefits & Compensation: We believe taking care of our employees is essential to taking care of our community.

Our Therapist Ladder Program recognizes professional development, clinical excellence, experience, and licensure while providing a clear path for career advancement and increased earning potential. Therapist positions range from $50,000 - $65,000 annually based on licensure, experience, and career progression through the Therapist Ladder Program. Level 1: Therapists begin at Level 1, with opportunities to advance to Level 2 within 6–12 months, based on experience, performance, and productivity. Level 2: Eligible therapists can earn a $500 monthly performance bonus by meeting established performance and productivity goals. Level 3: Following attainment of independent licensure, therapists may apply for Level 3, which includes eligibility for a $1,000 monthly performance bonus. This structured career pathway allows you to build your skills, advance professionally, and increase your earning potential while making a meaningful impact on the children, families, and communities we serve. Work Environment: Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
