Manager of Intensive Supports -$2,000 Sign on Bonus*

The Manager of Intensive Supports is responsible for overseeing and coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities who require intensive, 24/7 care and/or have complex needs. This role focuses on providing leadership, planning, and supervision of support services for individuals, including those receiving supervised living, staffed living, and in-home support, including those under ACT 248.

The Manager oversees internal and contracted staffing resources, ensures team training and documentation requirements are met, and provides leadership and direct support during crisis situations. The position participates in on-call coverage to support continuity, safety, and high-quality, person-centered care in the least restrictive environment.
