Senior End-User Support Engineer

Currently we are looking for a Senior End-User Support Engineer to make our EPAM Warsaw Team even stronger. To succeed in this role, you should be highly creative, with developed communication and people management skills. This position requires presence in the Warsaw office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Support end users at the location through both on-site and remote assistance Install and configure computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners Communicate with service providers and network engineers to resolve technical issues Maintain meeting rooms to ensure equipment remains functional and ready for use Ensure SLA compliance and timely response to submitted tickets Handle software installation and troubleshoot related technical problems Manage incident tickets from creation through resolution Maintain the server room to ensure equipment operates reliably Take responsibility for organizing and managing IT equipment cabling Follow all IT-related Work Instructions as part of daily tasks Maintain and update the hardware inventory records Requirements At least 4 years of experience working in a similar position Skill in Network Fundamentals and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues Proficiency in Windows Endpoint Administration for managing and maintaining workstations Solid understanding of IT Service Operations Fundamentals to support efficient service delivery Experience with Microsoft Intune Support Essentials for managing devices and endpoints Great communication skills paired with a problem-solving attitude Willingness to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges Ability to work effectively under pressure Intermediate level of English Ability to follow instructions from the direct leader Nice to have Experience with macOS and Linux operating systems Experience with Remote Access Tools for supporting systems remotely
