Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in motorsport or related fields In-depth knowledge of FIA regulations and race operations Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset Availability to travel internationally for race events

Monitor adherence to race regulations and safety protocols during events Collaborate with race officials to resolve any issues arising during the event Review and analyze race incidents and apply appropriate penalties or decisions Communicate effectively with teams and drivers regarding race rules and decisions Prepare detailed reports on race events and incidents for record-keeping Ensure all equipment and processes comply with FIA standards
