• Trades, Job description: Responsibilities Ensure efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and logic controllers Provide clear communication, direction, and support to team members Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of supplies as needed Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution Work closely with other departments to improve workflow and support production targets Train new employees on job duties, equipment use, and safety procedures Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Qualifications: Qualifications Proven leadership ability with experience supervising and supporting a team Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, logic controllers, and low-voltage equipment Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Understanding of maintenance management practices and preventive maintenance principles Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose issues and perform basic repairs Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills Good problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to operational issues Willingness and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed
