Direct sales:
- To follow up on the new sign-up students on their trials status
- To update the daily sales report
- To update the trial report link
- To update the trial status
- To send the confirmation and trial reminder to customers
- To follow up the email regarding on the operation and data issue from sales work BD team support:
- To update the daily report
- To give the operation support to BD team, i.e PR and PO submit, google form management Marketing team support:
- To update daily marketing reports
- To manage processes that facilitate marketing and campaign execution, from end-to-end to track leads
- To manage the data issue
- To assist in ad-hoc marketing events
