About This Role Start your career in ABA with paid training and mentorship as a Behavior Technician in Training. This entry-level role is designed for individuals new to ABA , giving you the opportunity to grow into a fully certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while earning a competitive wage. What You’ll Do Participate in structured training, shadowing, and role-play to build ABA skills Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to clients Collect and record client data accurately Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors Prepare for RBT certification through guided learning and competency assessments After certification, BTi.
Ts transition into full RBT roles with expanded responsibilities and higher pay.
Compensation
