Service Administrative Assistant - Rosemount, MN

OVERVIEW

Service Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing the test documents for our fleet of petroleum trailers. This may also include, LP, Jet Fuel, Chemical, Pneumatic and Asphalt trailers. This person will also have a general knowledge of maintenance repairs and procedures and DOT standards. This person will assist the administration and processing of repair orders, and other related tasks as requested by Director of Maintenance as needed.

Schedule: Mon

• Fri estimated hours 6 am to 3pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Process test paperwork to ensure all documents are signed by registered inspector and forms are accounted for. Follow up on any discrepancies and update trailer PM and DOT schedules in Trimble when required. Maintain and update tank test records within company shared filing system per company standards. Email initial test paperwork to appropriate loading terminals and upload necessary certificates/vapor tests into our Portals. Submit to Maintenance Director/Responsible party for signatures. Process state certificates and email final terminals appropriate tests. Update and maintain yearly DOT tests for Company Fleet. Process vendor repair orders as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with TMT Fleet Maintenance software (Product of Trimble). 2 years’ experience processing invoices and repair orders. Trucking industry experience.
