Star Agency in Jacksonville, FL. This agency serves Vy. Star Credit Union members and the surrounding community, with 7 openings currently available.

This is a full-time in-office role responsible for generating Property & Casualty sales through ongoing prospecting and lead generation, leveraging branch networking and partnerships across a diverse range of product offerings.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain external networking relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Title Agencies, Apartment Complexes, and Builders Develop strategies to generate new internal and external sales opportunities Build and maintain relationships with VIA members and non-members Ensure satisfaction to promote renewals and referrals Cross-sell to grow VIA's overall book of business through diverse product offerings Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver consultative services through proactive problem-solving Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell and cross-sell both personal and commercial insurance products Employ telephone, text, and email communication to facilitate sales efforts Provide prompt and effective follow-up on inquiries from members and non-members Provide comprehensive information to members and non-members regarding all VIA products and services What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach Ability to proactively identify, assess, and manage risk within scope of work Comfortable working within a regulated, compliance-conscious environment Why Brightway?
