Parts Clerk

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the parts department in collaboration with the parts manager. Order, receive, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for our maintenance shop. Distribute and bill parts to repair orders for technicians. Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages or expiration.

Create, review, and monitor work orders in a timely and safe manner.

Qualifications

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly. Experience with parts and/or inventory management is preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekly compensation based on experience Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
