No. of posts: 2 Salary: 3 lpm Salary date: On or before 25th of every month Gender preference: Both Education: MBBS, MD, DNB Experience: 2+ year Duty / Shift: 8 hours + Emergency Leaves (monthly): 04 weekly offs + 12 CL till consultant on MG + other leaves as per hospital policy Muslim factor: No restriction Convenient time to call: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM Skills Required Comprehensive management of critically ill patients in ICU/HDU Ventilator Management & Advanced Respiratory Support Sepsis, Shock & Multi-Organ Failure Management Hemodynamic Monitoring & Critical Care Procedures Central Line, Arterial Line & Other ICU Procedures ACLS/BLS & Emergency Management Infection Prevention & Control Practices Clinical Documentation & NABH Compliance ICU Protocol Development & Implementation Clinical Audit, Patient Safety & Risk Management Multidisciplinary Team Coordination HMIS/Electronic Medical Records Knowledge Leadership, Communication & Team Management
