Position Requirements – Please Read Before Applying LOCAL | HOME DAILY Night Shifts Available Weekend Availability REQUIRED – part of every weekend What We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDL Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements Minimum 1 Year Verifiable Driving Experience Stable work history REQUIRED Fuel hauling experience preferred—but we WILL train the right driver We offer a structured 6–8 week training program for drivers who are serious about starting and building a career in fuel hauling—not just another driving job.

Pay & Earning Opportunity $75K–$130K+ Earning Potential | Load-Based Pay | 6-Month Pay Protection | Uncapped Earnings Based on Shift, Schedule & Productivity Paid Training: $250 per scheduled training day After training, drivers transition to our load-based pay structure , which gives you the opportunity to earn more based on the work you perform.

During your first six months after training, RTL provides $250/day minimum pay protection on scheduled workdays while you gain experience and build productivity. If your load-based earnings exceed the minimum, you earn the higher amount. That means you have income protection while you are getting established— without putting a cap on your earning potential.

Premium pay opportunities may also be available based on schedule and shift.
