Job description
Parks & Recreation-Trails and Greenways: The City of Roanoke is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Worker for the Trails & Greenways section of the Parks and Recreation Department to perform natural and paved trail and greenway maintenance. Activities include but are not limited to: trash collection, mowing, construction and maintenance of natural surface trails, concrete work, light construction projects, and amenity maintenance.
Additional duties may be assigned such as leading volunteer groups, snow removal, and other emergency tasks. May require night and weekend hours.
