Field Title Clerk Lead

The Filed Title Clerk Lead is responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers regarding vehicle purchases and related programs. This role involves providing support to Field Title Clerk’s at various stores in their region by offering training, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to corporate rules and procedures.

Additionally, the Filed Title Clerk Lead will actively engage in outreach efforts to identify and pursue new purchasing opportunities and contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
