• Memphis, TN, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $14.17 - $15.00Hourly, Job Shift: Weekends - 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Job Category: Facilities, SUMMARY OF POSITION The Floor Tech is responsible for the cleanliness of floors in all the Trezevant facilities in order to maintain a clean, safe, attractive and operative facility at all times. This position is part-time on weekend, (SAT and Sun) working 7am - 3:30am. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clean floors which include scrubbing, stripping, burnishing, waxing and carpet cleaning. Clean floors in all common areas assigned by Housekeeping Manager and provide a clean and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Perform work that meets or exceeds resident(s)s satisfaction as measured by the resident satisfaction survey. Must have knowledge of Trezevant Manor’s Mission, Vision and Values. Must be courteous and considerate at all times and develop good listening skills so as to show interest in the resident(s)and help prevent problems before they occur. Communication skills must reflect caring and respect for residents, families and other members of. Of Trezevant Episcopal Home. Perform any other duty assigned by the Housekeeping Manager. Report for work on time, as scheduled and outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

License/Qualifications Must be able to read, write and follow directions. Floor cleaning experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
