German-Speaking Customer Support & Back Office Agent

Are you a fluent German speaker looking for a new professional opportunity in an international environment? We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support & Back Office Agent to join a new healthcare-related project.

Your Role

In the initial stage, the position will focus primarily on back-office operations and order processing , with the role gradually expanding to include customer support calls. You will support patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to healthcare products, ensuring accurate, professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements
